  • Treatment - a massage that is focused on achieving goals and helping you make significant progress toward
    better health.  Typically treatment massage is used to reduce/eliminate pain, and recover from injury.
  • Deep Tissue - a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called
    connective tissue.  It helps to release chronic patterns of tension in the body.
