Therapeutic Orientation
My philosophy is that the mind, body and spirit are connected and that healing needs to take place in all three areas.  My role
is to gently walk beside someone and support them in this process.  All of us are unique and require different methods of
assistance and because of this I embrace a holistic view of counseling.  My main practice is in the area of psychodynamic
theory.  I also incorporate other methods including Gestalt, psycho-educational, dream analysis, EMDR, hypnotherapy,
cognitive-behavioral, spiritual and critical incident stress debriefing.
